Instrukcja montażu uchwytu koła zapasowego w busie. 

Mounting instruction for Swingaway Rear Spare Wheel Carrier

1. Przyłóż szablę i odrysuj otwory na karoserii.  

    Put the mounting plate on car body and trace the holes.

   

2. Wywierć otwór najpierw mniejszym 3-4mm a następnie 9mm.

    Drill the holes with a small 3-4 mm drill. Then make them bigger with 9mm drill

   It's important to start with a smaller drill - in other case it's possible to damage inner bodywork

3. Skręć oba elementy ze sobą.  

    Fix both elements together with screws.

   

4. Przymocuj uchwyt do szabli i wyreguluj go na przegubach.

    Attach carrier to mounting plate and adjust it on hinges

   

5. Dopasuj zamek do rygla, rozwierć otwory 9mm i przykręć do do karoserii.

    Fasten together lock and bolt (bolt plate), put the bolt plate on lower car body part.

   Trace holes and drill them with 9mm drill.

   

6. Wyreguluj poduszkę gumową tak aby uchwyt po zamknięciu nie miał luzów.  

   Adjust rubber bumper to fix the backlash when carrier is closed.
